We’re Monique and James Rugile; a brother-sister duo that shares an obsession with making excellent food for our clients, our friends, and our family. We have nearly 40 years of combined experience, but our desire to be in the kitchen started long before we ever put on a chef’s uniform.
Growing up, our mother had a great appreciation for the dinner table and the importance of family. That’s what we truly hope to provide to you in creating your dishes; an opportunity to gather together as a family.
As siblings with a shared interest, there’s bound to be a bit of rivalry, but our styles vary in ways that complement each other.
Along with our delicious, custom-created meal plans, we are committed to providing quality products with incomparable customer care. It’s what keeps our community coming back for seconds.
Monique prefers to cook from her heart rather than a recipe book. She utilizes “intuitive cooking”, a skill she mastered at the School of Natural Cookery in Boulder, CO. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Monique loves manipulating standard dishes to accommodate for lifestyle and allergy-specific diets.
James keeps it old-school, citing patience and proper technique as the best way to prepare food. He is a James Beard Award Nominee who appreciates highlighting classic flavor profiles in new and creative ways.
